California Superior Court qualified as an expert legal witness on Ineffective Assistance of Counsel in complex homicide cases involving significant forensic(DNA, firearms, blood pattern, tool and tire mark) evidence. Retained as an expert legal witness by both private and public defense lawyers, Innocence Projects and the ACLU.
